COURSES: IELTS Preparation: This is the exam that you will need to proceed to university in any English-speaking country. It is also required if you want to practice medicine or nursing, and the Australian government requires it of immigrants. All of our advanced level students prepare the IELTS syllabus, whether you intend to take this exam or not. Cambridge FCE (First Certificate English) Preparation: All Upper Intermediate level students at ELTA prepare the FCE syllabus. This course provides you with the knowledge you need to build awareness and sophisticated usage of the English language. Cambridge PET (Preliminary English Test) Preparation:
Cambridge PET, an Intermediate level exam, '....is accepted by many employers as proof of ability to use English in clerical, secretarial or managerial jobs. It is also widely accepted for use in jobs where spoken English is necessary such as tourism, retail, construction, manufacturing and engineering.'
